Discovery calls
The 60-minute discovery call is a paid consultation. Payment is taken at the time of booking and secures both the slot and the preparation that goes into it. Every call is prepared for in advance, which is why the terms below apply.
Cancellations by the client
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time are refunded at 50 percent of the fee paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, as preparation for the call has already been completed.
Failure to attend a booked call without notice is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is arranged through the link in your booking confirmation email. Requests made inside 48 hours are handled at my discretion, and a new booking may be required.
Cancellations by Zimingo Consulting
Should I need to cancel or reschedule a call, you may choose between a new date at your convenience or a full refund of the fee paid.
Credit against paid work
The discovery call fee is credited in full against your first invoice if you book a consulting engagement with Zimingo Consulting within 7 days of the discovery call.
How to cancel
Send your cancellation or rescheduling request to info@vuyogwayi.com, or use the link in your booking confirmation. The time your request is received determines which of the terms above apply.
Processing of refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Consulting engagements
Terms for advisory, audit, training and outsourced Information Officer or Data Protection Officer engagements are set out in the individual engagement letter or statement of work, and those terms take precedence over this page.
